May 2022 Election - Renewal of Nonhomestead & Sinking Millages

Voters within our school district will be asked to renew the non-homestead and sinking fund millages on 5/3/22.  The non-homestead renewal does not affect homeowners with a primary residence within our District.  It is assessed on business, industrial, rental, second homes and agricultural properties.  This levy of 18 mills is for 4 years and is crucial to the day-to-day operations generating about $3.8 million. 

The sinking renewal is for .3944 mills for 4 years and generates about $150,000 for major repairs and renovation (cannot be used for salaries, benefits, and/or routine maintenance).
