Communities In Schools NEW CIS Model
At Communities In Schools (CIS), we work in schools full-time to remove barriers to academic success by building one-on-one relationships that empower students to stay in school and succeed in life. CIS places trained, full-time Site Coordinators in school buildings every day who see the unique needs of each student. CIS partners with teachers and the community to address student needs. Whether it's clean clothes, help with school work, or emotional support, we connect students with the resources they need to succeed. Learn more about CIS at www.cisnwmi.org.
