Elementary COVID letter
Hi Mancelona Elementary students and families. I hope you all are staying safe and finding ways to have some fun during our time away. I wanted to share three announcements with you:
1. Teachers have gathered some additional materials for you to work on at home. These packets will be available at the elementary school beginning tomorrow, Thursday, March 26 at 8 am through the weekend. When you are out to pick up your free meal at the middle school between 8-9 and 12-1 yo...u could also stop at the elementary school and find your grade level bin. Please take the packet for your grade level. If meals are delivered to you by CIS, we will send your work with them.
2. Your teachers have asked that I remind you to please communicate with them. They are eager to hear how you're doing and all school staff want to help if there is anything we can do. Please just let us know.
3. If you are needing additional help with your reading or math, in addition to your teacher, you are welcome to reach out to Mrs. Irwin (reading coach at lirwin) or Mrs. Griffore (math coach at mgriffore) for support. (both @mancelonaschools.org)
The teachers, assistants, and I are all thinking of you and we can't wait to see you again.
