MANCELONA BANDS

Welcome to Mancelona Bands!

The Mancelona Band Program strives for musical excellence and a community experience amongst all of its students in grades 5 through 12. We work hard to learn and refine the fundamentals of music making and use those skills to create music that we can share with our hometown community.

Follow us on our Facebook page to stay updated on our latest accomplishments and experiences.

You can also check out what we have been up to through MHS's latest journalism & web design project, Mancelona Student Voice.

If you are a student or parent looking for some extra help, schedule a lesson with Ms. Heegeman! Lessons are 30 minutes and take place after school. Reach out to Ms. Heegeman for more details.

 Volunteer!

The best thing you can do to support the Mancelona Band Program is to sign up to volunteer! All concession profits for the Football and Track & Field seasons go towards the Band Boosters. This money goes towards sending us on field trips, buying uniform parts, providing discounts for student supplies (reeds, valve oil, etc.), instrument repairs, etc. Go to SignUp.com today to sign up!
