Mentoring

Communities In Schools Mentoring Program
The Mancelona CIS Mentoring Program connects caring adult volunteers from the community with students in our schools.
The program is available to all children K-12. All volunteers have been screened and trained.
Volunteers commit to one hour per week during the school day.
CIS and the school work together to match interests and needs of the student with the experience and skills of the volunteer.

If you are interested in becoming a mentor, or have any questions, please call Amy Derrer, Mentoring Coordinator at (231) 587-4360 or email amd@torchlake.com.
